This is a list of books we discussed in our last meeting that we will hopefully read in the coming months. •How To Make Friends With the Dark by Kathleen Glasgow: This book deals with themes of grief, love, forgiveness and the loss of a parent. •Before We Were Yours by Lisa Wingate: Based on a true story, this book follows some of the children that Georgia Tann, director of a Memphis-based adoption organization, kidnapped and sold to wealthy families all over the country.
